Name of the Post: Mining Sirdar

Age Limit: Candidates age should be Minimum 18 years and Maximum 23 years as on 01.07.2016. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed Senior Secondary School or Intermediate or its equivalent Examination from a recognized board or University.

Medical Fitness : The final selection of Trainees would be subject to the Medical fitness of the candidate as per Mines Act 1952, Mines Rules 1955 and Company’s recruitment policies.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test conducted by Western Coal Fields Limited.

Pay Scale:

• Rs.1000/- per month – during 1st Year
• Rs.1250/- per month – during 2nd Year
• Rs.1500/- per month – during 3rd Year
• Rs. 1750/- per month – during 4th and final Year
