Name of the Post: 

1. Junior Clerk-Cum-Typist : 12 posts
2. Stenographer : 01 posts
3. Junior Typist : 04 posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be in between 18 to 32 years as on 24-08-2016. Age relaxation is admissible for SC, ST & Other categories candidates as per govt rules.

Educational Qualification:

For Junior Clerk-Cum-Typist: Candidates should have completed have passed at least +2 examination conducted by the Council constituted under section 3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act, 1982 or its equivalent examination from a recognised Council/ Board or University as the case may be; b) have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognised institute.

For Stenographer :  Candidate must have knowledge in Type writing with a speed of 40 words per minute in English

For Junior Typist: Candidate must have knowledge in shorthand with a speed of 80 words per minute and typing in English with a speed of 40 words per minute.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of  English / Type writing test / Computer science / Viva – voce conducted by Orissa District & Subordinate Courts.

Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20,200 + GP Rs. 2400 for post 1,3. Rs. 5200-20,200 + GP Rs. 1900 for post 2.

Application Fee: Candidates are required to deposit fees of Rs.I00/- (one hundred) only in the shape of Treasury Challan under the head “0070- Other Administrative Services-01- Administration of Justice -501- Services and Service fees -9904650- Law Department-9916730 – Examination fees for Recruitment conducted by Orissa District & Subordinate Courts” and to submit the original copy of Challan.
