1. Company Secretary: 02 Posts
2. Officer (Security): 05 Posts

Age Limit:

(i) Company Secretary: Min 21 years and Max 35 years.

(ii)Officer (Security):Min 21 years and Max 40 years.

Age relaxation will be applicable by 5 years for SC/ ST, Ex- Servicemen, Persons domiciled in the state of J & K, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PH as per rules.

Pay Scale : – Rs. 23700-42020 per month for post 01, Rs. 31705-45950 p.m for post 2.

Educational Qualification:

(i) Minimum Graduate from a recognized University and Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. LLB/LLM will be an added advantage and Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in a Listed Company for post 01.

(ii) Minimum Graduation or any equivalent qualification with Worked as Junior commissioned Officer in Army/ Navy/ Air Force for at least 5 years for post 2.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Test/ GD/ Interview.
