Age limit: Candidates age should be not more than as per rules. Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC & ST category, 3 years for OBC-NCL category, 05 years for PWD from UR category, 08 years for PWD from OBC-NCL category and 10 years for PWD from SC/ST category, as applicable.
Educational Qualification for STC India Ltd Chief Manager & other:
For Chief General Manager: Candidates should have completed Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Human Resources/Personnel Management or its equivalent or Two years Full time Master’s Degree in Social Work, from a recognized Indian Institute/ University. L.L.B Degree will be an added advantage.
For General Manager (Finance) / Deputy G.M. : Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from a recognized Indian Institute/ University.
For Chief Manager (Finance) : Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from a recognized Indian Institute/ University.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Interview / Test.

Age limit: Candidates age should be not more than 35 years for UR, 38 years for OBC, 40 years for SC/ST as on 01.04.2016. Upper age is relaxed by 5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 subject to production of relevant certificate from concerned Authority.
Educational Qualification:
For Assistant Manager (Finance) : Candidates should have completed Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant.
For Assistant Manager (Marketing) : Full time MBA degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in International Business, of two years duration from a recognized Indian Institute/ University with 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
For Assistant Manager (Personnel & Administration) : Two year Full time Master’s degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in HR/Personnel Management or its equivalent or Two year Full time Master’s degree in Social Work, from a recognized Indian Institute/ University with 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. L.L.B Degree will be an added advantage.
For Assistant Manager (Law) : Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years . L.L.M Degree will be an added advantage.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Interview conducted by State Trading Corporation of India Limited.
