Educational Qualification:
For Postal / Sorting Assistant: Candidates should have completed 10+2 standard or 12th class pass from a recognized university or Board of School Education or Board of Secondary Education with English and compulsory subject (excluding vocational streams) should have studied Hindi *s a subject at least in matriculation or equivalent.
For Postman / MTS : Matriculation from a recognised Board or University.
Sports Qualifications :
- Sportsperson who have represented a state or the country in the National or International competitions in the sports/games.
- Sportsperson who have represented their University in the Inter-University tournaments conducted by the Inter- University sports boards in the sports/games.
- Sportsperson who have represented the State School Team in the National Sports/Games for the schools conducted by the All India School Sports / Games Federation in the sports/games.
- Sportsmen who have been awarded National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.
Pay Scale :
- Postal/Sorting Assistants under sports quota in the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 (Pay Band-I) with grade pay of Rs 2400/-.
- Postman: under sports quota in the pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200 (Pay Band-I) with.grade pay of Rs. 2000/-.
- MTS:- under sports quota in the pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200 (Pay Band-I) with grade pay of Rs. 1800/-.
Application fee : Candidates have to pay Rs 100/- (Rupees One hundred only) in form of Indian Postal Order (IPO) only, in favour of “Chief Postmaster General, Rajasthan Circle” payable at the Post Office “Jaipur GPO, Jaipur-302001”.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in educational and sports qualification.
