  1. Senior Resident : 46 posts
  2. Junior Resident : 43 posts

Age Limit:

Candidates age should be 33 years for post 1,2,3. 45 years for post 4, 40 years for post 5 as on date of interview. Age relaxation is applicable up to 05 years for SC/ ST candidates, 03 years for OBC candidates & 05 years for PWD candidates as per Govt rules.

Educational Qualification: 

For Senior Resident : Candidates should have completed postgraduate degree viz. MD/MS in concerned subject from a recognized University/Institute.

For Junior Resident : M.B.B.S Degree from recognized University/ Institute.

Sr. Medical Officer (Ayurveda) : A degree in Ayurveda from a recognised University. Enrolment on the Central or State Register of Indian Medicine. Five years clinical and /or teaching experience in a recognized hospital/ teaching institution.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in interview by All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 1000/- for UR/Gen & OBC categories & Rs. 800/- for SC/ST categories. Fee can be pay through A Demand Draft drawn in favour of “AIIMS Patna” payable at Patna. (Application Fee will be received on the day of Interview).
