Educational Qualification:

Programme Manager : Post Graduate Degree (Masters) in either of the disciplines: Law/ Social Sciences/ Psychology/ Medicine/ Public Health/ Social Work/ Rural Management/ MBA. 2. Minimum 5 years of work experience out of which 3 years should be in the field of Child Rights.

Research Associates : Post Graduate/Master Degree in Law/ Humanities/Social Work. 2. Two years of working experience in a child/ human rights organisation, with direct experience of working with communities and stakeholders.

Accountant: Bachelor in Commerce/ CA from a recognized University/ Institution; 2. Two years as Junior Accountant in any recognized organisation. 3. The candidates must have adequate computer proficiency in Tally ERP, Internet/ email, MS Office.

Office Assistant :Graduate Degree. 2. Three years of proven work experience in administrative or support activities in a recognised organisation.

Registrar : A Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university / Institution with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in UGC seven point scales from recognized University / Institute.

Finance Officer : A Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in UGC seven point scales from a recognized University / Institute. Chartered Accountant with a minimum of fifteen years of experience as Accounts Officer.

Dy. Librarian : A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale and a consistently good academic record. Five years’ experience as an Assistant University Librarian/College Librarian.

Assistant Registrar (Admin.) : A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale from a recognized University/Institution. Five years of experience of supervisory nature in administrative matter in a University / Research Establishment / other reputed institutions of higher education.

Resident Doctor : MBBS / MD Degree from a recognised University and accredited by Medical Council of India.
