Age limit:

Candidates age should be Not more than 40, 35 years for post 1,  30 years  for post 3,4.

Educational Qualification:

For Scientific Officer- D : MD (General Medicine) / MD (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) / MD (Paediatrics) Or MBBS with five years of clinical experience in hospital with more than 50 beds after obtaining degree.

For Scientific Officer – C : MBBS with PG Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology / Child Health Or MBBS with one year working experience in hospital of more than 50 beds.

For Scientific Assistant –C : Intermediate or 10+2 and 3 years diploma in Nursing & Mid-wifery with registration as ‘A’ Grade Nurse / BSc (Nursing).

For Scientific Assistant-B : HSC (10+2) with 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy granted by institution of the Central/State Govt.

Selection Process of recruitment :

Selection will be made on the basis of written test / interview.

Pay Scale :

  • Rs.15600-39100 + GP 6600 For SO-D, Rs.15600-39100 + GP 5400 For SO-C.
  • Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 4600 for post 2.
  • Rs.9300-34800 + GP 4200 for post 3.

Application fee :

The candidates have to pay application fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) in the shape of Bank Demand Draft only, drawn in favour of ‘FINANCE OFFICER, NISER’ and payable at Bhubaneswar. Application fee is exempted for the women/SC/ST/PWD candidates.
