Age limit:

Candidates age should be 30 years for Management Trainee, 50 years for AGM & 52 years for DGM & As on 15.05.2017.
Educational Qualification:

For Management Trainee : Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI or Cost Accountant(CMA) from ICAI OR Company Secretaryship(ACS/FCS) from ICSI.

For AGM & DGM : Degree in any discipline with CA/CMA OR MBA with specialization in Finance Management. The candidates should have the required number of years of relevant experience.

Selection Process of recruitment :
Selection will be made on the basis of the Marks secured by them in all the papers both in Inter/Executive & Final/Professional examinations of Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Company Secretary and the performance in the personal interview for MT and Interview for AGM & DGM.

Application Fee :

Candidates have to pay Rs.500/- for Management Trainee and Rs.100/- for AGM & DGM through Bank Draft/DD drawn in favour of “National Aluminium Company Limited” payable at Bhubaneswar. Application fee is not applicable for SC, ST, PWD& Internal candidate.
