Dy General Manager/ Sr Manager( Melt Operations) : 60% of marks in Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent.

Sr Manager/ Manager/ Dy Manager( Marketing- Ring products) : Graduate in Engineering or Technology in Metallurgy or Mechanical and preferably MBA with Marketing Management as Specialization.
