Age Limit: Upper age limit should not be more than 35 years as on 31-03-2016. Relaxation of age will be applicable up to 05 years candidate who is already in the for Govemment medical service as Permanent/Adhoc/ Bonded basis & 10 years for Candidates having exceptional or super-specialist Qualification.

Educational Qualification:

FOR MEDICAL OFFICER (MBBS post):- The MBBS Degree of a statutory University or any other qualification as specified in the First or Second Schedule appended to the indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

FOR MEDICAL OFFICER (Specialist posts): – The Post Graduation Diploma or Degree of a Statutory University in Pediatrics or General Surgery or General Medicine or Gynecology or Anesthesia or Psychiatry or Ophthalmology or Biology or Radiology or Pathology or Blood Transfusion in as specified in the First or Second Schedule appended to the indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) for Medical Officer {specialist posts).

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on merit.

Pay Scale: Rs.15600 – 39100+GP 5400 and other admissible allowances as per prevalent rules (Total Emolument Approx. Rs. 45,000/-)

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 500/- for open category candidates and Rs. 300/- for Backward Class candidates by Demand Draft of nationalised bank mode only, drawn by the name of the Director, Health Services; Mumbai.
