Educational Qualification: Candidates should have From amongst officials of the Central / State Government Departments holding equivalent or analogous posts and having experience in the line.

Pay Scale: The pay of the candidate selected for appointment on deputation basil:will be regulated in accordance with Department of Personnel & Training, OM No.6/872009/Esu.Pay-11 dated 17; 06-2010.
