Age limit:
Candidates age should be 45 years for Principal Scientist, 50 years for Sr Principal Scientist, 32 years for Scientist, 37 years for Senior Scientist as on 10.11.2017. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
For Pre-clinical Sciences :Ph.D (Biological Sciences / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Pharmacology / Life Sciences) with 3 years or MD (Pharmacology) with 5 years relevant experience.
For Medicinal Chemistry : Ph.D (Chemistry) with 6 years relevant experience.
For Biotherapeutics / Biological Research : Ph.D in Biological Sciences (awarded / thesis submitted)..
Selection Process of recruitment :
Selection will be made on the basis of Skill Test.
Application fee :
Candidates should pay Rs.100/- for General/ OBC candidates to be deposited online through Credit/ Debit Card of any bank. No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women/ Regular Employees of CSIR/ Identified Casual Workers in CSIR categories.

Junior Stenographer Syllabus –
Eligible candidates will be called for the Skill Test (Shorthand/Transcription). The selection in order of merit will be based on the performance in the Skill Test (Shorthand and Transcription) and qualifying typing test on Computer. All the eligible candidates will have to submit print out of online application(s) duly signed alongwith self-attested testimonials (proof of date of birth, qualification, caste/category etc.) on the date of Skill Test.
