Candidates age should be Minimum Age – 18 years on August 1st, 2016. Maximum Age – For Management – 57 Years, Non-Management – 55 Years, Seasonal – 55 Years. Age relaxation is admissible for SC, ST & Other categories candidates as per govt rules.

Educational Qualification:

For General Manager : Candidates should have completed BE in either Mech/Elec/Chem Engg. With NSI/VSI.

For DGM – Ethanol: Degree in Chem. Engg./B.Sc (Chem) with NSI/VSI certification in Industrial Fermentation/Alcohol Technology.

For Mgr./ Dy. Manager Quality Control : B.Sc (Chemistry) With NSI/VSI.

For Safety Officer : Engineering Degree/Diploma in safety engineering or Degree/Diploma in Engineering with PG Diploma/ Certification in Industrial Safety Management or Equivalent.

For Shift Incharge : M.Sc/B.Sc with DIFAT, B.Tech (Biotech), B.sc (Biotech), B.Tech (Chemical Engg.). M.ScEnvironment.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Interview conducted by HPCL Biofuels Ltd.
