Age limit:

Candidates age should be General Manager – 52 years, AGM – 50 years, Managers – 40 years, Mining Mate & Blaster 28 years. Relaxation in age and qualification may be considered for deserving internal / external candidates.

Educational Qualification:

For General Manager (Works) : B. Tech. Or equivalent or Higher Technical Qualification + MBA or equivalent or Higher Professional Qualification.

For Addl. General Manager : B. Tech. Or equivalent or Higher Technical Qualification OR MBA or Higher Professional Qualification

For Mining Mate : Matriculation along with Mining Mate’s certificate of Competency under MMR Act 1961 from the Competent Authority Under Ground Mines in the capacity of Mining mate.

For Blaster : Certificate in Blasting for short firing in U/R (underground) Mines.

Selection Process of recruitment :

Selection will be made on the basis of interview.

Pay Scale :

  • Rs.17500-400-22300 for post 1, Rs.16000-400-20800 for post 2.
  • Rs.8600-250-14600 for post 3, Rs.3150-75-4050-80-4690 for post 4.
  • Rs. 2850-70-3900-75-4500 for post 5.

Application fee :

General candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 500/- for the post of General Manager and Additional General Manager, Rs. 200/- for the post of Manager and Rs. 100/- for the post of Mining Mate and Blaster is payable in favour of Hindustan Salts Limited, at Jaipur by way of Demand Draft.

Whereas, candidates from OBC category are required to pay application fee of Rs. 250/- for post of General Manager and Additional General Manager, Rs. 100/- for the post of Manager and Rs. 50/- for the post of Mining Mate and Blaster. There is no application fee for SC, ST and Physically Handicapped / persons with disabilities candidates.
