Age Limit: Candidates age should be not more than 28 years for post 1 & 35 years for post 2 as on 12-07-2016. Age relaxation is admissible for SC, ST & Other categories candidates as per rules

Educational Qualification:

For Junior Project Research: Candidates should have completed Master degree in Zoology / Entomology/ Forestry / Botany/ Environmental Science/ Botany/ Teresa,/ Agriculture with specialization in Agroforestry.

For Project Assistant : Bacholers degree in Medical Forestry/ Environmental Science / Forestry’ Agriculture / Medical/ Biotechnology/ Medical / Botany / Forestry. Masters degree in above subject will he prelered.

For Field  Assistant : 10+2 Science with some field experience in the related field.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview conducted by Himalayan Forest Research Institute.

Pay Scale: Rs.12000 for post 1, Rs.8500 for post 2. Rs.7000 for post 3.

All the interested candidates and having required/ essential educational qualification may attend walk-in-interview on 12/07/2016 starting at 10.30 AM in the Video Conferencing (VC) Room of the institute. Candidates are to deposit their C.V. (giving details of Name, Date of birth, Father’s Name, Permanent & Current Address, Educational qualification from High School/ higher Secondary onwards with the name of Institution, Year of Passing, Marks obtained, Medium of study and field experience, with one passport size colour photograph affixed on it). They are also requested to attach self-attested photocopies of all the testimonials along with the application. The original mark-sheets, certificates, experience certificates etc are also required to be brought along with for verification on the day of interview.
