The Directorate General of Quality Assurance (DGQA) is under Deptt. Educational Qualification:

Telephone operator : 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board with English as a subject.

Multi tasking Staff : Matriculation 10th class pass.

Technician : Industrial Training Institute Pass Certificate in trade viz; Book Binder or Information Technology and Electronic System Maintenance trade or its equivalent Defence services Tradesman course approved as such by the Certral or State Govt.

Selection Process of recruitment :
Selection will be made on the basis of written test, Trade test/ skill test.
