Age limit: Candidates age should be not more than 32 years for Post-1 & 28 years for Post-2 to 7. Age Relaxation in age will be given to SC/ST/OBC category candidates as per Govt. rules.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

For Project SRF : Candidates should have completed M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace/ Civil Engg. with at least 60% marks.

For Project JRF: B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical Engg. with valid GATE/NET score.

For Project Fellow : M.Sc. in Chemistry/Environmental Science with minimum 55% marks and valid GATE/NET score. Or B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical /Environmental Engineering with valid GATE/NET score.

For Project Assistant : 1st Class M.Sc. in Chemistry / Environmental Science. Or 1st Class B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical / Environmental Engineering / BioTechnology.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Interview conducted by Institute of Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute.

least 60% marks. Or B.E/B.Tech. in Agricultural/ Chemical Engg. with at least 60% marks and 2 years of research experience. Or M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Environmental Science/ Chemistry/ Microbiology with minimum 55% marks and 2 publications in Peer Reviewed SCI Journal or NET qualified

For Project JRF: B.E./B.Tech. in Agricultural/ Chemical Engg. with valid GATE score. Or M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Environmental Science/ Chemistry/ Microbiology with minimum 55% marks and valid GATE/NET score.
