About of CIFRI : 

Candidates possessing the following qualifications and experience are invited for walk-in-interview for purely temporary position of one ‘Senior Research Fellow’ under the NFDB funded project on “National Surveillance Programme for Aquatic Animal Diseases”.. Details of the position, qualifications and experience required are as given below:

Age limit:

Candidates age should be 35 years for man and 40 years for woman, Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification:

Research Associate : Ph.D. in Fisheries Resource Management/ Aquaculture/ Aquatic environment management or related discipline or Master’s degree in Fisheries Resource Management/ Aquaculture/ Aquatic environment management or related discipline with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least two years of research experience.

SRF : M.F.Sc. in Fisheries Resource Management/ Aquaculture/ Aquatic environment management or related discipline with 4/5 years Bachelor’s degree.

Technical Assistant : B.F.Sc./ B.Sc. (Zoology) with specialization in fisheries/Fish disease.

Selection Process of recruitment :
Selection will be made on the basis of Interview.
