Its registered Head office is located at Patna. It has been established to Implement and accelerate the Building Infrastructure Projects in the state of Bihar.

Age Limit:

Candidates age should be minimum 18 years & maximum 63 years as on 01-07-2016. Age relaxation is admissible for SC, ST & Other categories candidates as per govt rules.

Educational Qualification:

For General Manager : Candidates should have completed Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ institution. At least 15 Years work experience in Building Construction works. or Deputation -Working in the rank Superintending Engineer or at least 7 Years of work experience in the rank of Executive Engineer in the Govt. Sector.

For Officer on Special Duty: M.B.A. from recognized University with Degree in Civil Engineering. At least 05 years experience in Building Construction works. Or B.A.S. Officer on deputation.

For Deputy General Manager : Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance/CWA from a recognized University/ institution. Working experience in 3 years as a C.A./05 years of Accountancy work as MBA Finance/CWA in Public/private Enterprises. Or Deputation – Officer of Bihar Financial Services not below 05 years experience.

For Assistant GM : Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ institution. At least 10 Years work experience in Building Construction works. (For Contract) or Working in the same rank or at least 12 Years of experience in the rank of Assistant Engineer For deputation). * more information refer to notification.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in merit basis.
