Age limit:

Candidates age should be below 65 years for post 1,2. upto 60 years for post 3, Upto 40 years for post 4 to 10.

Educational Qualification:

For General Duty Medical officer : MBBS or equivalent degree from institution recognized by MCI and must have completed compulsory rotatory internship.

For Medical officer : MBBS from a MCI recognized Institution with 1 year compulsory Internship and must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council. Weightage will be given for higher Qualification. The applicants should be permanent resident of West Bengal.

For Lab Technician : Higher Secondary passed (10 + 12) from a recognized Board / Institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the West Bengal State Medical Faculty/ AICTE. Knowledge in computer, MS Office, internet is required.

For Block Accounts manger : Minimum Bachelor Degree (in Commerce from any recognized / reputed university with advanced knowledge of computer — especially in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Browsing and accounting software e.g. Tally.

Selection Process of recruitment :

Selection will be made on the basis of written test / interview.

Pay Scale :

  • Rs.40,000 for post 1,2
  • Rs.9380 for post 3.
  • Rs.16,860 for post 4,9
  • Rs.3500 for post 5.
  • Rs.13,560 for post 6, 10.
  • Rs.17720 for post 7, Rs.19000 for post 8.

Candidates have to pay Rs. 100.00 (50% i.e. Rs. 50/- for reserved categories) by Demand Draft in favour of District Health & Family Welfare Samity, Malda .
